We are currently seeking a Sales Associate (m/w/d) in part-time 20 hours/week or as an auxiliary job/minijob for our store in Offenburg.

Responsibilities and Tasks:


• The employee ensures compliance with the guidelines defined in the basic training provided by TK Maxx. Specifically:

  • Kundenservice (Customer Service)
  • Arbeitssicherheitsunterweisung (Occupational Safety Training)
  • Verkaufsfertige Aufbereitung der Warenanlieferungen (Preparation of Goods Deliveries for Sales)
  • Warenpräsentation (Goods Presentation)
  • Kabinenservice (Cabin Service)
  • Kassenabläufe (Cashier Operations)
  • Handhabung von Reduzierungen (Handling Discounts)


The employee is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Verantwortung für eine korrekte Wareneingangsabwicklung und schnelle Warenaufbereitung (Responsibility for Correct Goods Receipt Processing and Quick Goods Preparation)
  • Gewährleistung eines schnellstmöglichen Warenflusses von den Lagerräumen auf die Verkaufsflächen in die jeweiligen Abteilungen (Ensuring a Quick Goods Flow from Warehouses to Sales Floors in the Respective Departments)
  • Verantwortung für eine verkaufsfördernde Warenpräsentation (Responsibility for Sales-Promoting Goods Presentation)
  • Auffüllen der Warenträger sowie die schnelle, flexible und bedarfsgerechte Warenpräsentationsanpassung der einzelnen Abteilungen nach Absprache mit dem Filialleitungsteam (Filling Goods Containers and Quickly, Flexibly, and Need-Based Adapting Goods Presentation in Individual Departments in Agreement with the Store Management Team)
  • Stetige Sortimentspflege nach Größen, Abteilung und Warengruppen sowie Warenauszeichnungs- und Warensicherungsvorgaben (Continuous Product Maintenance by Size, Department, and Product Group, as well as Goods Labeling and Goods Security Requirements)
  • Verantwortung für das Auffräumen der Ware, sowie für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Filiale und den Nebenräumen (Responsibility for Cleaning and Orderliness in the Store and Adjacent Areas)
  • Reduzierung der Ware nach den geltenden Zeit- und Ablaufvorgaben (Reducing Goods in Accordance with Valid Time and Process Requirements)

 

The employee is responsible for:

  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Kabinenservice: Dazu gehören ein freundlicher Kundenservice, Ordnung und Sauberkeit, Vermeidung von Inventurdifferenzen sowie eine schnelle Wiederaufbereitung der Ware für die Verkaufsfläche laut den geltenden Richtlinien (Responsibility for Smooth Cabin Service: This Includes Friendly Customer Service, Orderliness and Cleanliness, Avoidance of Inventory Differences, and Quick Re-Preparation of Goods for the Sales Floor in Accordance with Valid Guidelines)
  • Verantwortung für ordnungsgemäße und zügige Kassiervorgänge, eine frequenzorientierte Besetzung der Kassen sowie den freundlichen Umgang mit den Kunden (Responsibility for Proper and Quick Cashier Operations, Frequency-Oriented Staffing of Cashiers, and Friendly Treatment of Customers)
  • Aktive und aufmerksame Mitwirkung bei der Vermeidung von Inventurdifferenzen (Active and Attentive Participation in Avoiding Inventory Differences)
  • Kontinuierliches Arbeiten an der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des Filialleitungsteams bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter (Continuous Work on Personal and Professional Development and Support of the Store Management Team in Onboarding New Employees)

The employee is required to perform tasks on instruction from their supervisor that are essentially related to their job or arise from operational needs.
