We are a leading retail operating company in Germany, operating over 220 Esso stations nationwide. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our motivated team at our Esso station in Offenburg.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity (minimum 20 hours per week). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling fuel and other products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Sell fuel and other products to customers
• Operate the cash register and process transactions
• Prepare and present products in the backshop
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, particularly in the areas of safety and hygiene
• Contribute to the development of sales promotions and marketing initiatives

• Previous experience in retail sales is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
