About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including bookkeeping, accounting, and tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Develop and implement global financial processes to drive business growth.
- Oversee financial reporting processes for 21 entities in 17 countries, according to IFRS and Local GAAP.
- Bookkeeping and accounting, tax
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- With the opportunity to grow the team in the future. Currently more than 30 people globally.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounting according to IFRS and HGB (local GAAP).
- Experience in the software or service industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy and performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English and German.
