**What you’ll do**
- You will manage and coordinate Quote to Close activities across multi-functional internal teams (Controlling, Revenue Recognition, Global Risk & Compliance, Legal, Tax).
- You will work within SAP's second biggest Market Unit, taking care of deals with SAP's customers.
- You will support in shaping deals with SAP's Co-Innovation Customers building SAP's industry cloud portfolio.
- You will be a trusted partner for our customers in sales providing deal support, considering various factors such as field organization business targets, internal rules and restrictions.
- You will serve as main point of contact for Commercial topics for your internal and external customers. In close collaboration with our sales colleagues, you are responsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.

As transformation agent and partner, you will support the Sales department to understand customer requirements to help, find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure. Therefore, you will closely collaborate and interact with the Head of Commercial Services and the Commercial Director to allow Commercial one voice.

You will extend your knowledge and be prepared for future endeavors by becoming a Commercial all-rounder with deep understanding of Cloud / on-prem deal motions.

**What you bring**
- You have a diploma/master’s degree and already gained some experiences with contracts/General Terms & Conditions.
- You have excellent language skills in German and very good language skills in English.
- You are willing to learn, how SAP products are sold to the customer and how our commercial organization take of SAP financial success.
- With your timely, positive and professional communication to your stakeholders, you remain goal and service oriented, even in challenging and stressful times.
- You are keen and interested in numbers, have strong analytical skills with an eye for details.
- Preferably: You have experience with commercial business scenarios and processes.

Commercial Deal Support Germany supports the Customer Success organization as trusted Business Partner, by designing, negotiating and creating customer contracts.

As part of our team and the Global Commercial Finance, you will act as a Commercial Business Partner by ensuring timely and qualitative commercial support who takes part in decisions on objectives and planning of customer engagements and thus also has joint responsibility for the company's results.
