Allianz Technology SE is the internal consulting arm of the Allianz Group. With a presence in multiple global locations, our dedicated teams of over 600 consultants are united by a common goal: to be the preferred consulting partner for Allianz Group's core segments, driving transformation from within. We leverage extensive industry and functional expertise to meet our clients' needs across various domains, including strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims, operations, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities / Your Role:

  • Provide consulting services for technical IT solutions and components, with a focus on IT Service Management and platforms.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and processes within the IT framework.
  • Manage the integration of systems and components throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of the IT Environment, including IT Service Management.
  • Report and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders while coordinating and managing external service providers.
  • Ensure the stability and security of IT services through diligent requirements and release management.
  • Contribute to the rollout and implementation of new deployments.
  • Actively participate in internal projects within Allianz Technology SE, fostering knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Key Requirements / What We Seek:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, particularly in IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation, or project and program management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or economics is preferred.
  • Practical experience as a service or product manager in the implementation, control, and optimization of IT services and components.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • A passion for working within a diverse and international team.
  • Curiosity or knowledge in insurance, financial services, and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in English and a high level of German (C1) for preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
