Financial Associate Role

Borrow A Boat is a leading boat holiday company, operating in multiple locations across Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Associate to join our team and contribute to the company's financial growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and analyze cash flow forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial processes.
  • Oversee payment-related processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and smooth functioning of financial audits.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of financial experience in a leading audit firm, investment banking, or a similar role in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in German or French is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
