Product Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team at 1KOMMA5° GmbH. As a Product Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and launch of our innovative energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Accelerate the energy transition by identifying and delivering relevant energy services to our customers
- Drive key initiatives for 1KOMMA5° by scaling our key products in Germany and international markets
- Optimize and automate processes by interacting with various stakeholders to tackle pressing issues and re-think existing process structures
- Master communication by effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including end customers
- Completed studies and/or gap year between Bachelor's and Master's with at least 6 months of availability
- Motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation and a desire to drive change
- Relevant experience in fast-paced environments with insights into Product/Project Management, Tech, Process Optimization, or closely related areas is a plus
- Excellent language skills in English and German (C1/C2) and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Problem solver who can adapt to changing environments and a team player who enjoys collaborative environments
- Proficient skills in the digital landscape and experience with Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to adapt to new software tools
