Product Management Intern

Position Overview:
As a Working Student, you will collaborate closely with the Product Excellence team to facilitate cross-product initiatives and assist in stakeholder management and product management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Product Excellence team to oversee cross-product initiatives and support various stakeholder management tasks.
- Advise on best practices and Product Management methodologies, focusing on eliminating bottlenecks and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in educational and upskilling programs for the Product Management Group.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize initiative efficiency and assist with special projects.
- Provide support to stakeholders involved in ongoing Beta, Feedback, and Design Partner Programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with data and products in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, physics, mathematics, or engineering.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in coordinating with stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient presentation skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a product team.
- Ability to conduct quantitative analysis on complex datasets.

The Product Excellence team is dedicated to empowering product teams to operate at peak effectiveness. We establish a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, customer feedback, and reporting.
Our team collaborates with various departments, including Product, Strategy, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales, focusing on:
- Creating best practices for optimal process functionality.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of practices.
- Prioritizing decisions based on customer data insights.
- Managing in-house and external tools for effective rollouts.
- Overseeing data-source mapping to maintain systematic insights.
