About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Product Enablement team within SAP Sovereign Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in automating, scaling, and maintaining our cloud operations at an exemplary level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement deployment environments for net-new SAP products in the SAP Sovereign Cloud portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts and pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Guide deployments in SAP Sovereign Cloud, focusing on creating and maintaining resilient cloud solutions.
  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Sovereign Cloud regional teams, including demonstrations and upskilling on deploying and managing cloud services.
  • Share knowledge and expertise in DevOps practices, tools, and SAP product deployments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience in software development, including 3+ years with DevOps.
  • Expertise in DevOps and experience with Python, Go, and/or Bash.
  • Experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
