Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in the North Region. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, including Lenovo IDG and Services (SSG) products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including incubation/Moto/services products/solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, margin, share of wallet, and customer experience (CX) within assigned accounts.
- Proactively engage with decision-makers at our clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the territory-aligned Client Manager and Inside Account Managers for Workplace to manage all sales activities.
- Delegate tasks to and manage the ISSR team to ensure successful customer situations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales function within the technology industry.
- Understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques.
- Professional knowledge of business acumen, including an understanding of the customers' business, industry, economic trends, issues, and competition.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, high level of flexibility, self-reliance.
- Excellent presentation skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office & Teams Problem-solving.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
