About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Swiss IT Security Group. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Organization: Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external partners, including vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
