About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of our cloud services in Germany and Europe Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for cloud workloads, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
  • Enable Customer Success: Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our cloud services.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Initiatives: Create and deliver sales enablement programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our cloud services.
  • Monitor and Analyze Business Performance: Regularly review and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in cloud services, including containerization, microservices, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of cloud-native applications, container orchestration tools, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Business German: Fluency in written and spoken Business German is highly desired.
  • Technical Experience: 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles involving infrastructure or cloud technology.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies and learn quickly.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization, leveraging multiple functions and teams.
