Job Overview
The French Consulting team is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the US Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) in overseeing the design, construction, and outfitting of military medical facilities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide facility management and project management support to include sustainment, restoration, and modernization activities of existing facilities.
- Issue work orders, design support, and coordinate work with the directorate of public works.
- Manage initial outfitting and transition coordination, and planning, purchasing, and provisioning of facilities.
- Travel to sites during the period of performance is anticipated.
Qualifications
- At least two years of construction project management experience.
- At least three years of experience with medical logistic management.
- Technical knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, methods, and procedures affecting Army health facility and medical warehouse construction.
- Knowledge of general principles of architecture, engineering, design, construction, and project management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs: Project, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements
- Must have a strong understanding of the US Army's construction policies and procedures.
- Should be familiar with product material safety data sheets and hazardous material storage environmental requirements.
