Xcede is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for information security-related inquiries and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes, as well as technological advancements, to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain information security guidelines, instructions, and concepts to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security assessments and provide reports to management on the effectiveness of our security controls.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential security risks and threats, and develop recommendations to mitigate them.
- Supervise the implementation of security measures at our bank and service providers.
- Coordinate information security incidents, including serious payment security incidents, and report to the regulatory authority.
- Manage information security-related projects independently, based on your experience and expertise.
- Develop and deliver training programs on information security to our employees, based on your prior knowledge and experience.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Information Security Specialist who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and regulatory requirements in information security. You should have a strong technical and practical knowledge of international and national standards and regulations in information security.
You should be fluent in German and have a good understanding of English. A completed technical or economic studies is a must, and banking knowledge and initial experience in leading small teams are advantageous.
