Job Title: Global Head Talent Management

SAP Fioneer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Talent Management to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive global talent management strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Design and implement programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
  • Enhance and develop a graduate talent strategy to ensure successful onboarding and progression of young professionals into the business
  • Create and maintain a succession planning framework to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical roles
  • Optimize, curate, and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Lead change management efforts related to talent management initiatives
  • Close alignment with the Corporate Development and HR Business Partnering Team to oversee the performance management process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in talent management and HR or business-related role with substantial people responsibilities in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments
  • Hands-on/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including remote and cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across the business and at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Experience in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German
