Position Overview: Team Leader Applications (m|w|d)

As the Team Leader for Applications, you will be responsible for guiding a dynamic team of four professionals dedicated to enhancing our application services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Applications team, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Engage in operational tasks, including the installation, upkeep, and coordination with software vendors.
  • Facilitate the support and advancement of KIS (ImedOne) and its associated subsystems, along with PVS (medatixx).
  • Assist in the integration and interfacing of various subsystems.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation, devise innovative solutions, and implement actionable strategies.
Candidate Profile:
  • Possess a completed vocational training or degree in IT or a related field.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in an IT role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector, with a comprehensive understanding of IT applications.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills, alongside a proactive, organized, and independent work ethic.
  • Be open to occasional travel to various IT locations for enhanced team collaboration.
