Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to join our team as a Teamleiter Applikationen. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Operate and maintain our software applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with software vendors and ensure seamless integration with our systems
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization and develop solutions to improve our processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer entsprechenden Position im IT-Bereich, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen / Krankenhaussektor und einem ganzheitlichem Verständnis für IT-Anwendungen
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
