Job Summary

Optimus Search is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for extending our security-related components and increasing the functionality of our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code Quality and Security: Practice the highest level of code quality and identify and alleviate security issues in an effective manner.
  • Security Integration: Work with team members in the integration of security throughout the entire software development life cycle.
  • Threat Modeling and Risk Assessments: Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and penetration testing of SaaS products.
  • Security Tools and Compliance: Implement security tools, conduct secure code reviews, and ensure compliance in line with security standards.
  • Architectural Solutions: Create and execute small-medium architectural solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other internal teams such as DevOps and SW Engineering.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in Application security within a SaaS and/or Embedded environment.
  • Skills: Experience in threat modeling, risk assessments, and penetration testing, experience in security-critical architecture and cryptography, experience/knowledge in security tools and standards (ISO27001, OWASP, SAST, etc.), fluent English.
