About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and insurance brokers in the commercial segment. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop sales plans, and execute marketing campaigns. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

A mentor will provide guidance and support during the onboarding process, and you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Team

The Corporate Solutions Customer & Distribution team is a key player in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets, driving business development and relationship management for strategic customers and brokers. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and brokers, developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

The team represents the full portfolio of Corporate Solutions' products and services, including innovative risk solutions and Risk Data Services. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and internal teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in insurance distribution and commercial sales. You will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and brokers, and driving business growth.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • University degree or equivalent insurance education/experience
  • Experience in the insurance market in distribution management, underwriting, risk management, or insurance marketing
  • Good understanding of the commercial insurance market, including key competitors, distribution channels, market trends, and dynamics
  • Technical insurance skills at least in one major line of business
  • Excellent relationship communication and sales skills
  • Intimate knowledge of CRM systems
  • Willingness to visit customers and brokers within a defined region
  • German and English language skills
