About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Sirius Facilities. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our commercial development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial development projects
  • Management and coordination of project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Management of project finances, including budgeting and cost control
  • Development and maintenance of project documentation and records

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial development sector
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
