Senior Supply Chain Manager

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and drive business growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team at AUTO1 Group.
As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing a Europe-wide network of over 200 logistics partners, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing service quality.

Key Responsibilities:- Own the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with suppliers, landlords, and partners, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the entire tendering process for new logistics solutions, from preparing tender documents to evaluating proposals.
- Oversee the logistics administration system, ensuring efficient management of information and processes.
- Contribute to achieving P&L targets by managing costs and providing detailed reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, and develop expertise in your areas of responsibility.
- Manage cross-functional, data-driven projects with the aim of exceeding expectations and driving business improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service quality within the logistics network.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field, and 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in parcel logistics, automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics, transportation, real estate, or network design is a plus.

- You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights are required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage external partners independently are a must.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
- Industry knowledge and an established network within automotive logistics or the delivery space is a plus.
- Remote work can be considered for the right candidate.
