Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

MINT Software Systems is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Lead to oversee our global Quality Assurance processes and strategy for our software, MINT TMS. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with product management, development teams, and stakeholders to establish clear acceptance criteria and ensure features align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee MINT's global Quality Assurance processes and strategy for MINT TMS
  • Collaborate with product management, development teams, and stakeholders to establish clear acceptance criteria
  • Lead validation efforts to ensure all processes and products adhere to regulatory and quality standards
  • Manage the complete bug lifecycle, from identification and documentation to reproduction and resolution
  • Coordinate and drive testing efforts across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Champion product quality across cross-functional teams by promoting best practices and advocating for continuous improvement
  • Develop detailed test cases to identify potential edge cases and proactively mitigate risks
  • Ensure the highest product quality by going beyond acceptance criteria and suggesting enhancements and improvements
  • Mentor and guide internal and third-party team members to promote professional growth and foster accountability

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Test Analyst or Test Engineer in agile environments
  • ISTQB certifications
  • Hands-on experience in test automation and load testing
  • Proficiency in manual testing, including exploratory and destructive testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with process and ticketing tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong expertise in testing tools, such as Testuff
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Capable of quickly understanding and navigating complex technical systems
