Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Beverage Solutions product range and portfolio
- Oversee global product assortment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Establish a strategic plan for business advancement
- Engage with Research & Development, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales departments
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics
- Assist the sales team with product expertise and market intelligence
- Gather and evaluate customer insights for product enhancement
- Communicate product portfolio updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver in-house training to improve product comprehension
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a product manager within the food and beverage domain
- Degree in a relevant discipline such as food science or business management
- Experience in formulating and executing product strategies
- Strong customer orientation and capability to foster partnerships
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Proficiency in English and German (additional languages are advantageous)
