Job Title: Global Product Manager - Dry Beverage Systems

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Leader to join our team at DöhlerGroup, a global leader in natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry. As a Subject Matter Expert in Dry Beverage Systems, you will be responsible for managing the product portfolio and driving business growth through innovation and strategic planning.

Your Role

  • Develop and deploy the Dry Beverage Systems product line and portfolio, leveraging your expertise in product development and market analysis.
  • Manage global assortment and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams.
  • Define a strategic roadmap for business growth, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market penetration.
  • Monitor competitors and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support sales team with product knowledge and market insights to drive sales growth.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate portfolio updates internally and externally, maintaining transparency and visibility.
  • Provide in-house training to enhance product understanding and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a product manager in the food and beverages industry, with a strong background in product development and market analysis.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as food technology or business administration, with a focus on product innovation and market trends.
  • Experience in creating and executing product roadmaps, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build partnerships and collaborations with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and disruption.
  • Willingness to travel globally, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and business etiquette.
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
