Überblick

Als Senior Product Owner bei TARGO BANK bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produkten, die unsere Kunden zufriedenstellen. Du entwickelst die Vision und die Roadmap für die Wertmaximierung deines Produkts und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Interessen unserer Kunden und die Unternehmensbedürfnisse.

Aufgaben

  • Entwickelst die Vision und die Roadmap für die Wertmaximierung deines Produkts
  • Übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Interessen unserer Kunden und die Unternehmensbedürfnisse
  • Begleitest die von dir verantworteten Produkte end-to-end und deckst konsequent Verbesserungspotentiale auf
  • Sorgst für die kontinuierliche Digitalisierung der Geschäftsprozesse
  • Kennt den Bedarf der Kunden ganz genau und verfügst über fachliche Tiefe zu deinem Produkt
  • Übernimmst die fachliche Führung für das Produkt und gibst klare Leitlinien für das Produkt vor
  • Verwaltest das Produkt-Backlog und priorisierst die Arbeit wertschöpfend
  • Steuerst dich selbst und stimmst dich eigenverantwortlich mit deinen Kollegen und Stakeholdern ab

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Hohes analytisches, konzeptionelles und prozessorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kundenzentrierte Denkweise und Spaß an der Gestaltung von Prozessen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Abstraktionsvermögen
  • Teamplayer mit guten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
