About the Role:

  • Develop and demonstrate innovative applications using commercial LiDAR combined with AI technology to advance research in the field.
  • Create new algorithms based on open-source datasets or our own point cloud technology to drive scientific excellence.
  • Design and implement embedded development for AI processing on chips with real-time display capabilities to enhance research outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python, C/C++, or FPGA development to drive research projects forward.
  • Knowledge of sensors, LiDAR systems, or AI is highly desirable to contribute to the team's expertise.
  • Passion for AI and LiDAR research to drive innovation and scientific progress.
  • Strong English/German language skills to effectively communicate research findings.
  • Results-oriented, systematic, and collaborative work ethic to achieve research goals.
