Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Professional (m/w/d) or Geriatric Nurse (m/w/d) to join our team at Station AC 5 in the Klinik für Allgemein-, Viszeral- und Transplantationschirurgie. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based care to our patients, including those with oncological conditions, on a university-level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients on our general care stations, including those with oncological conditions.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to patients and their families on care-related matters.
- Assist with surgical procedures and diagnostic measures performed on the station.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in accordance with the nursing process.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a primary nursing degree.
- Desirable: relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team.
- Independence and commitment to actively shaping your work environment.
Benefits
- Tariff agreement relief: improved working conditions in care through binding personnel ratios, more time for patients, and five relief days (pro rata for part-time employees).
- Up to nine additional vacation days for shift work, as per the tariff agreement (TV-L).
- A care allowance of €143.92 per month, as per the tariff agreement (TV-L, for full-time positions).
