Lead Complex Projects

As a Senior Project Manager at Exyte, you will be responsible for overseeing complex EPC projects or sub-projects for semiconductor, flat panel display, photovoltaic, or battery production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure project targets are met for EHS, project schedule, project quality, and project costs.
  • Act as the primary communication channel with clients and project representatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of contracts with clients, including scope, terms, and conditions.
  • Lead project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans, escalating risks to the project director if necessary.
  • Provide timely project status reports to the project director or corporate management.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring corporate standards and guidelines are followed.
  • Update project execution plans regularly and review them with the project director or corporate management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in related industries or industrial construction.
  • EPC project management experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of project execution and coordination.
  • Broad technical understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
  • High willingness to travel within the EU and stay on site for construction periods.
  • PMI certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
