Job Title: Medical Director - Cluster Lead

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cluster Medical Affairs Team to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Represent Ferring with authorities, patient organizations, and external opinion leaders as a medical/scientific expert.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic and operational plans.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide medical/scientific input and oversight for data generation activities.
  • Represent the cluster internally and provide input to Regional Medical Affairs Western Europe & Canada.

Requirements:

  • University Medical or Scientific degree.
  • Higher life science qualification (PhD, PharmD) optional.
  • Ideal Business degree (MBA).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or Biotechnology Companies.
  • Significant experience in Medical Affairs, including design and oversight of clinical studies.
  • At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Current working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations and guidelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical operations.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
