International Trade Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Freight Broker to join our team at GTG Logistics GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing international freight operations, ensuring seamless logistics processes and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute international freight operations, including transportation planning, documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in English and other languages, including Russian and German.
  • Prepare and manage freight documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve logistics processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with proficiency in Russian and other languages a plus.
  • Experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field, with knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
