Als Senior Product Owner - Transformation Expert bei Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation trittst du die Position eines Leiters für Produktentwicklung in einer agilen Organisation an. Du unterstützt die Entwicklung technologischer Innovationen, digitale Produkte und zukunftsweisende Software-Lösungen für Mercedes-Benz. In deiner Rolle setzt du dich für hohe Effizienz, Effektivität und Attraktivität in der Softwareentwicklung ein, um Mercedes-Benz zu einem beispielhaften Software-Unternehmen zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du prägst die inhaltliche Ausrichtung des Bereichs mit deiner Begeisterung für das Thema Developer Productivity und spürst proaktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf.
  • In schwierigen Themenfeldern navigierst du sicher, entwickelst Visionen und Strategien für unsere Einheit sowie für die Projektteams und vertrittst diese überzeugend in Gremien.
  • Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, analysierst, stimmst ab, validierst und priorisierst sie und pflegst das Product Backlog.
  • Du greifst auf fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung zurück und förderst und forderst eine produktorientierte Arbeitsweise im Projektteam
  • Du fungierst als Mentor und entwickelst die Vision vom Produkt und vermittelst diese an alle Ansprechpartner*innen.
  • Du bist maßgeblich an der Mitgestaltung von Projekten im Rahmen des Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) beteiligt und agierst dabei sicher im internationalen Kontext.
  • Du stimmst inhaltliche und strategische Anforderungen mit allen Stakeholdern ab, um nahtlose Produkteinführungen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklungen zu gewährleisten.
  • Du förderst die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationseinheiten und gestaltest Lösungsansätze für die Implementierung und Optimierung von SAFe mit.
Deine Voraussetzungen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Identifikation von potenziellen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten abgeleitet aus der Bereichsstrategie.
  • Du besitzt ein stark ausgeprägtes technologisches Hintergrundwissen und kannst auf mehrjährige Erfahrung aus der Softwareentwicklung zurückgreifen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement mithilfe von Tools wie z.B. User Story Mapping sowie ein produktorientiertes Mindset.
  • Du kennst Strategien und Werkzeuge im Bereich Developer Productivity/Developer Experience und bist in der Lage diese voranzutreiben und bist offen für Neues und bereit, dich schnell auf neue Trends oder Veränderungen einzustellen.
  • Agilität ist für dich mehr als Scrum- Meetings und -Prozesse.
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
