Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to support our continued growth and innovation. As a key member of our cross-functional product organisation, you'll work alongside Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, QAs, and Agile Coaches to drive our product forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the development of our product where the money is made: proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Lead product research and discovery initiatives with prospects, clients, and partners to identify user needs and design solutions.
  • Implement ways to qualitatively and quantitatively test your ideas.
  • Streamline our existing product to create simple, delightful, and functional experiences.
  • Manage our Vicoland design system to enable sustainable growth.
Requirements
  • You're user-obsessed and able to lead common product discovery methodologies.
  • You prioritise your initiatives based on expected business value and make tough prioritisation decisions with your team.
  • Your excellent German and English communication skills enable you to explore business opportunities and handle negotiations.
  • You can pragmatically analyse and improve contracts and legal texts.
  • You're curious, hands-on, pragmatic, and driven to grow in a start-up environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing digital products are a plus.
