About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, including paid campaigns and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, KPIs, and conversion optimization
  • Proven experience in implementing campaigns for specific channels: Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
  • Experience with email marketing within the ecommerce background is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of META and Google business & Analytics tools, as well as CRM interfaces (Emarsys, Mailjet, etc)
