About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the complete handling of export shipments, including customs clearance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the entire export process, from shipment receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education and experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
