Job Overview

A challenging role that requires strong analytical and organizational skills: as a Working Student HR Data Analysis, you will be responsible for managing monthly reporting updates, supporting the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, and coordinating the translation of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to create informative reports
  • Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including system tests and user training
  • Coordinate the translation of HR-related materials
  • Develop training materials, video tutorials, and documentation for Talent Acquisition
  • Maintain and manage HR documents
  • Conduct market analyses to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize recruitment strategies
Requirements
  • Student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Finance, IT, HR, or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and IT systems, preferably with Power BI and/or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong technical and data affinity, with excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Fluent in English and German, with a strong ability to work in an international environment
  • Responsible, structured, and thorough work approach, with excellent teamwork and flexibility skills
