Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Manager/Owner (m/w/d) für unsere Payment-Abteilung. Du wirst für die Weiterentwicklung von Paymentprozessen in unserer Subscription Billing Cloud Plattform verantwortlich sein.
Deine Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Paymentprozesse in unserer Plattform, einschließlich der Integration internationaler Payment Service Provider (PSP).
- Übernahme einer führenden Rolle im cross-funktionalen Team und Sicherstellung des nachhaltigen und skalierbaren Aufbaus unserer Plattform.
- Enger Austausch mit dem restlichen Product Team (weitere Product Owner (m/w/d), Anwendungsdesign und Vertrieb).
- Wichtiger Part bei der Erstellung und Einhaltung der Product-Roadmap.
- Kompetente Ansprechperson mit Deinem Fachwissen zu Bezahlprozessen im E-Commerce, Digital-Commerce und in der Subscription-Economy für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche (wie Recht und Regulierung oder IT-Entwicklung).
- Schnittstelle zwischen Stakeholdern und Team inklusive Ermittlung des Bedarfs, gemeinsames Erarbeiten von Lösungen sowie Planung der Umsetzung.
- Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb und Setzen von Impulsen für die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaft bzw. -informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Berufserfahrung als Product Manager/Owner (m/w/d) oder Lead-Entwickler (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Payment, E-Commerce, Digital-Commerce, Subscription-Economy oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen (wie Project Management oder Beratung).
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Problemstellungen und Kompetenz, diese unkompliziert und vereinfacht darzustellen und zu erörtern.
- Expertise in der Steuerung agiler Entwicklungsteams.
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit starkem Gestaltungswille.
- Grundlegendes Verständnis zu kaufmännischen Prozessen im Forderungsmanagement.
- Tiefgreifendes Wissen zu Prozessen bei der Regulierung von Online-Bezahlungen über Payment Service Provider (wie Stripe, Adyen oder PayPal).
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
