Marketing Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Lead to join our team at AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute marketing automation campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates
  • Manage and guide a team of marketing automation experts to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
  • Configure and optimize marketing automation features in HubSpot to maximize ROI
  • Develop and implement workflows, use cases, and templates to streamline marketing processes
  • Support inbound marketing campaigns, including lead generation and nurturing
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure lead management performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for regional marketing managers to ensure alignment with marketing strategies
  • Set up and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Tableau to track key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5-6 years) in marketing automation and inbound marketing
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of technical processes and marketing automation interfaces
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with JIRA, Asana, and Monday
  • Hands-on mentality and an open, communicative personality
  • Business fluent in English
