Position Overview

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing-Experten, der unsere Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten auf hohem Niveau weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann. Als Head of Marketing sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, die unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen auf dem Markt positionieren und unsere Zielgruppen ansprechen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Führung und Motivation eines Teams von Marketing-Professionals
  • Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen, wie Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung
  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsbedingungen und Entwicklung von Strategien, um unsere Position zu stärken
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle von Marketing-Maßnahmen und -Budgets
Voraussetzungen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing-Bereich, insbesondere in der Consumer Health Care-Industrie
  • Erhebliche Erfahrung in der Führung von Marketing-Teams und der Steuerung von Marketing-Maßnahmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Marketing-Tools und -Technologien
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
