Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst Intern to join our team. As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, integration, and operations, to support the acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with investment opportunities through research, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
- Manage due diligence activities by collecting and organizing data from various sources.
- Develop financial models, analyze financial statements, and review other relevant information to accurately forecast and assess future performance.
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders of our investments and prepare documents and presentations for investment committee meetings and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with potential investment targets and summarize key outcomes.
- Offer general support to the Acquisition team to help meet overall objectives.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Initial experience from at least one prior internship or a working student role in a dynamic environment.
- Previous exposure to private equity, transaction advisory, due diligence support, or audit is highly advantageous.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and an organized, independent approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Fluent in German (B2-C2) and English.
