Job Description

Investment Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst Intern to join our team. As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including investment research, analysis, and due diligence. You will also be responsible for developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and communicating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support investment opportunities, including research, analysis, and evaluation
  • Own due diligence tasks, including gathering and organizing information from various sources
  • Develop financial models and analyze financial statements to predict and evaluate future performance
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including investment committee members and external parties
  • Participate in meetings with targets and report key outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition process
  • Provide general support to the Acquisition team as needed

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related subject
  • Initial experiences through at least one prior internship or a working student job in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in private equity, transaction advisory, due diligence support, or audit is a plus
  • High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at different positions
  • Fluent in German (B2-C2) and English
