Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Mechanical Engineer, der sich auf die Simulation von mechatronischen Komponenten und Systemen spezialisiert hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Führen Sie FEM-Simulationen durch, um die Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit von mechatronischen Systemen zu optimieren.
  • Entwickeln Sie und validieren Sie numerische Modelle, um die physikalischen Eigenschaften von Komponenten und Systemen zu simulieren.
  • Kooperieren Sie eng mit der Konstruktion, der Antriebstechnik und den Test- und Qualitätsabteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die entwickelten Systeme den Anforderungen entsprechen.
  • Erstellen Sie detaillierte Dokumentationen und Berichte über die Simulationsergebnisse und -methoden.
  • Planen und durchführen Sie Modalanalysen und Betriebsschwingformanalysen, um die Schwingungsverhalten von Systemen zu analysieren.
  • Analysieren Sie Schwingungsprobleme und entwickeln Sie Lösungen, um die Systeme zu verbessern.
Voraussetzungen
  • Mindestens 3-jährige Erfahrung in der Simulation von mechatronischen Komponenten und Systemen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der technischen Mechanik und Thermodynamik.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der FEM-Simulation mit Schwerpunkten bei Festigkeitsberechnung, Modal- und Frequenzganganalysen, Topologieoptimierungen und Temperaturfeldberechnungen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, ANSYS, Mechanical APDL und Workbench.
  • Erste relevante, fachspezifische Berufserfahrungen und theoretische Kenntnisse im Thema experimentelle Modal- und Betriebsschwingformanalysen.
  • Erfahrung in der Schwingungstechnik/-sensorik.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Modellvalidierung und Modellabgleich.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen, vorzugsweise UG.
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
