Payroll Specialist

Flink is a leading quick commerce player in Europe, on a mission to give people back time. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and administering payroll for both headquarters and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creation of information, certification, and reporting obligations for social security, tax office, and other authorities;
- Contact person for employees and managers for payroll-related questions;
- Continuous optimization of payroll processes and tools as well as participation in the creation of reports and personnel statistics;
- Clarification and processing of issues relating to maternity protection, parental leave, garnishments, and company pension schemes as well as special SV cases.
Requirements:
- A degree in accounting, payroll, or HR;
- 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-growing company;
- Profound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law;
- Previous experience using German billing software (ideally SAP) is desirable;
- Independent way of working as well as reliability, sense of responsibility, and high focus on service;
- Native-level written and spoken German knowledge, good written and spoken English knowledge.
