The positionThis is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Payroll Specialist - Austria, joining our Global Payroll Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a true subject matter expert for Austria Manages existing relationships with key stakeholder within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.Responsible for ensuring full data integrity and qualityExperience in accounting/reconciliations
- Have a focus on KPIs and SLAs
- Skilled in implementing and improving processes
- Ability to mentor and support payroll specialists
- Able to back up regional managers during times of absence
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll management.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work.
- You understand the need and ideal to work largely.
