Sales Representative for Bathroom Solutions

About the Role

We are OBI, a leading home improvement retailer. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers bring their bathroom dreams to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their bathroom needs and preferences
  • Develop personalized bathroom plans and solutions
  • Work with customers to select and purchase bathroom fixtures and materials
  • Collaborate with our in-house designers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g. plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of bathroom design and installation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
