HR Consultant with Expertise in Recruitment

We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to challenging conventional practices and fostering transformation within the recruitment landscape. If you possess a strong desire to uncover innovative approaches and are enthusiastic about influencing the future of talent acquisition, we would like to connect with you.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supporting both domestic and international organizations in enhancing their recruitment methodologies and frameworks
  • Working in close partnership with clients to craft and execute recruitment strategies, employer branding efforts, and selection methodologies
  • Delivering both operational and strategic HR guidance to clients, including assistance with onboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent education in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent communication abilities with proficiency in both German and English
  • Familiarity with MS Office and experience with HR management systems is advantageous
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
