Staff Product Manager, Marketing Data Products

HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to lead the development of marketing data products. As a key member of the Global Marketing Data Products Tribe, you will be responsible for articulating a long-term vision for marketing data products and shaping the customer interaction with HelloFresh.
Key Responsibilities- Own the multi-year roadmap to deliver against the long-term vision and generate measurable impact from marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with other product managers in the Global Marketing Data Products Tribe and act as a thought leader in the space.
- Lead & Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Analysts, and senior business stakeholders to deliver results.
- Ruthlessly prioritize to deliver the designed solution by supporting the engineering teams and tracking how your product metrics are evolving over time.
- Shape and own the product vision and roadmap for a mission-driven, agile team of data scientists and data engineers.
- Identify and assess opportunities to unlock business and customer value through improvements to the data we collect and the data science solutions we provide.
- You have solid experience (7+ years) of leading product teams at scale in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience in marketing-focused products such as Media Mix Modeling, Multi Touch Attribution, Conversions, etc is required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- This is an IC role; as we continue to grow the position will have the opportunity to take on people management responsibilities.
- You speak the language of data engineers and analysts and are comfortable engaging in high-level technical and analytics discussions.
- You have developed complex internal tools before and can skillfully connect the dots between technical initiatives and business value.
- You have strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills to elicit critical requirements and manage product delivery plans and expectations.
