Staff Product Manager, Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Product Manager to join our Engagement Alliance team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our digital products and improving the customer experience across our iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Deep Understanding of Customer Needs: Conduct research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our customers' problems and motivations, and use this insight to inform product development.
- Define and Deliver Strategic Product Roadmaps: Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement and retention.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product designers, researchers, and product analysts, to deliver high-impact products and features.
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the effectiveness of product initiatives.
- Mentor and Develop Junior Colleagues: Mentor and develop junior colleagues to help raise the bar for product management at HelloFresh.
- Consumer-Facing Product Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-impact products and features across iOS, Android, and Web platforms, with a focus on increasing customer engagement and retention.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong data sense and ability to interpret trends and translate them into insights for data-driven decision making.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to translate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning into actionable product plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
