Embedded Software Developer, ECU

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our team in Munich, Germany. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing next-generation embedded software platforms for highly networked and innovative automotive software functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing embedded software platforms for automotive applications
  • Working on ECU platform development and integration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Designing and implementing software solutions for embedded systems
  • Ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive practical software development experience in C++
  • Experience in BSP and driver development for embedded systems, preferably in automotive context with classic AUTOSAR
  • Experience working on Ethernet/Switches
  • In-depth knowledge of RTOS and CPU architectures like ARM or Tricore
  • Experience with bus systems (e.g. Ethernet, CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI)
  • Expertise in HW debuggers (preferably trace32), oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in developing and integrating software platforms for embedded devices
  • Experience with HW bring up
  • Knowledge in scripting languages (e.g. Python)
