Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of streamlined and user-friendly procurement workflows.
- Timely processing and management of purchase requests, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and updated.
- Maintain a clear, organized, and transparent record of lead times, expected deliveries, and order documentation.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and communication of a comprehensive supplier database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather specifications, research potential suppliers and products, and facilitate effective communication with vendors.
- Establish and automate inventory control for testing facilities, ensuring timely supply.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering, technical program, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office 365; familiarity with MS Power BI and Power Apps/Automate is advantageous.
- Strong self-reliance, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven work style, with excellent analytical problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Interest in sustainable aviation, sustainability, and technology is a plus.
- Able to commit to 20 hours per week on a working student contract.
- Preference for candidates residing in the Munich area.

VÆRIDION is a rapidly growing deep tech start-up located in Munich, Germany. In response to legal restrictions on CO2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel, we are dedicated to providing an aircraft for zero-emission regional flights.
Our mission is to develop, construct, and certify a fully electric microliner capable of carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. This innovative aircraft will be cleaner and more cost-effective to operate than its counterparts, offering an enhanced travel experience for distances up to 500 km. We utilize optimized designs based on proven principles and existing technology in electric motors and batteries, ensuring the lowest risk and the most efficient path to certification.
