Senior Payroll Specialist

Remote is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll Operations Team. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships with key stakeholders within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineers. You will also be responsible for processing full end-to-end payroll in-house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a true subject matter expert for Austria
- Manage existing relationships with key stakeholders within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineers
- Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance
- Responsible for ensuring full data integrity and quality
- Experience in accounting/reconciliations
- Proven experience in payroll management
- Knowledge of payroll best practices
- Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
- Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work
- You understand the need and ideal to work largely
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- You'll report to: Manager, Global Payroll Operations
- Team: Payroll Operations
- Location: EMEA
- Start date: As soon as possible
